Summary
Reports that Security Council members agreed to establish an ad hoc committee on mandate review to conduct the review of Security Council mandates called for in the 2005 World Summit Outcome Document (A/RES/60/1) and to follow up on the recommendations contained in the Secretary-General's report (A/60/733 and Corr. 1); reports also that Permanent Representatives of Slovakia and United States will serve as co-chairs of the Committee for the duration of the process.
