Summary
Expresses Eritrea's condolences and sympathies to the family and the Government of India over the death of Lance Corporal Kamble Ramesh Annappa, member of the Indian contingent of UN Mission in Ethiopia and Eritrea, who suffered cardiac arrest in Adigat, Ethiopia; states that despite the fact that Security Council and the Secretary-General in their statements to the press chose to politicize it and blame it on Eritrea, Eritrea has no control over what happens in Ethiopia.
