Financing of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 : resolution / adopted by the General Assembly

Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal a total amount of US$305,137,300 gross for the biennium 2006-2007, as detailed in the annex to the present resolution; decides also that the total assessment for 2006 under the Special Account would amount to $152,443,900, being half of the estimated appropriation approved for the biennium 2006-2007 after taking into account $124,750, which is half of the estimated income for the biennium 2006-2007 of $249,500; decides further to apportion the amount of $76,221,950 gross among Member States in accordance with the scale of assessments applicable to the regular budget of UN for 2006, as set out in General Assembly resolution 58/1 B of 23 Dec. 2003; decides to apportion the amount of $76,221,950 gross among Member States in accordance with the scale of assessments applicable to peacekeeping operations for 2006.
