Summary
Decides that the Central African Republic, the Comoros, Georgia, Guinea-Bissau, Somalia and Tajikistan should be permitted to vote in the General Assembly until the end of its 60th session; decides that Liberia, the Niger and Sao Tome and Principe should be permitted to vote in the General Assembly until the end of its 60th session; urges all Member States to pay their assessed contributions in full, on time and without imposing conditions; decides to consider further at the first part of its resumed 60th session the methodology to be used in the preparation of the scale of assessments for the period 2007-2009, with a view to giving guidance to the Committee on Contributions on the matter.
