Refers to Secretary-General's report of 15 Dec. 2004 (S/2004/969) and the Security Council's resolution 1580 (2004) on extension of the mandate of UN Post-Conflict Peace Building Support Office in Guinea-Bissau (UNOGBIS) until 22 Dec. 2005; recommends that the mandate of UNOGBIS be extended for one year, until 31 Dec. 2006 and that revision of the UNOGBIS mandate to allow the Office to adjust to the post-transitional challenges the country now faces.
