Reports that on 20 Jan. 2004, a metal object, which later was identified as a part of the fuel engine of a United States Delta-2 launcher, fell to Earth in San Roque in the province of Corrientes; states that pursuant to article 5 of the Rescue Agreement, the return of the object to the United States is being arranged between the United States embassy in Argentina and the Government of Argentina.
