Resúmen
Refers to the recent remarks by President of Uganda stating that the Ugandan army would cross the border with the Democratic Republic of the Congo if the Congolese Government and the UN Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo failed to disarm within 2 months the rebels of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) and strongly protests the remarks; states that the Congolese Government has demonstrated sufficient commitment to disarmament of the LRA and to the peace process in the region and requests the Security Council to take action on Uganda so that the current peace process goes well in the Great Lakes region.
