Reports a request from the President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia that Judge Christine Van Den Wyngaert be able to serve in the trial in Case No.IT95-13/1, the Prosecutor v. Mrksic, et al.; proposes that the General Assembly and the Security Council authorize Judge Christine Van Den Wyngaert's assignment to the Mrksic case as of 3 Oct. 2005 as a permanent judge of the Tribunal, notwithstanding the fact that her term as a permanent judge begins only on 17 Nov. 2005.
