Concerns the issue of Taiwan's representation in the UN raised by some Member States in the letters to the 60th session of the General Assembly (A/60/192 and A/60/193); states that the Government of China is the sole legal government representing the whole of China and that Taiwan is an inseparable part of China; refers to General Assembly resolution 2758 (XXVI) which has resolved the issue of China's representation in the UN.
