Contains amendments adopted by the Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods at its 2nd session, 10 Dec. 2004, including amendments to the criteria for classification of mixtures of oxidizing substances containing combustible organic substances; a new Part 4 extending the scope of the Manual to the testing of transport equipment; and a revised Appendix 5 (Example of test methods for vent sizing).
