Résumé
Concerns the Middle East peace process, in particular, Israel's withdrawal from the Gaza Strip; refers to Security Council resolution 1515 (2003) which formally endorsed the Quartet's performance-based road map to a permanent solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and encourages the diplomatic efforts of the Quartet and others; requests the Security Council to confirm its support for the proposed arrangements in view of the urgent and temporary nature of the mission of the Special Envoy for the Gaza Disengagement, James Wolfensohn.
