Summary
Agrees that the failure of the Central African Republic, the Comoros, Georgia, Guinea-Bissau, Somalia and Tajikistan to pay the full minimum amount necessary to avoid the application of Article 19 of the Charter was due to conditions beyond their control; decides that the Central African Republic, the Comoros, Georgia, Guinea-Bissau, Somalia and Tajikistan should be permitted to vote in the General Assembly until the Assembly takes a final decision during the main part of its 60th session; agrees that the failure of Liberia, the Niger and Sao Tome and Principe to pay the full minimum amount necessary to avoid the application of Article 19 of the Charter was due to conditions beyond their control, and invites Liberia, the Niger and Sao Tome and Principe to submit appropriate information to the Committee on Contributions if similar circumstances prevail in the future; decides that Liberia, the Niger and Sao Tome and Principe should be permitted to vote in the General Assembly until the Assembly takes a final decision during the main part of its 60th session.
