Provides information on the emissions reporting round of 2005 including information on the completeness and timeliness of submissions; introduces draft decisions for the EMEP Steering Body and Executive Body on emission data reporting under the 1998 Protocol on Heavy Metals, the 1998 Protocol on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) and the 1999 Gothenburg Protocol.
