Submits revised version of the completion strategy of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, in conformity with Security Council resolution 1534 (2004). Details the progress made towards implementation of the completion strategy as of 23 May 2005. Reviews the Court's activities under the following headings: i) activities of the Chambers; ii) remaining detainees; iii) workload relating to detainees; iv) workload relating to persons at large; vi) transfer of cases by the Prosecutor to National Jurisdictions; vi) total remaining workload; viii) past and present strategies; and ix) conclusions. Included annexes are: 1) persons convicted or acquitted: 25 accused in 19 judgements; 2) trials in progress: 25 detainees in 9 cases; 3) awaiting trial: 16 detainees; and 4) estimates based on the Prosecutor's (OTP) figures for present detainees (previous Completion Strategy).
