Refers to the Secretary-General's letter dated 24 Feb. 2005 (S/2005/127) and to the President of the Security Council's letter of 14 Mar. 2005 (S/2005/159) and forwards to the Security Council the 22 nominations for ad litem judges for the Trial Chambers of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia; states that the list of 22 candidates is short of the minimum number of 54 which is required by the para. 1(c) of article 13 ter of the statute of the Tribunal and suggests that the Security Council extends the deadline for nominations until 21 Apr. 2005.
