Summary
Proposes to reformulate articles 41-43 of the 1949 Convention on Road Traffic and annexes 6 and 7 thereto, which deal with the issuance and recognition of international and domestic driving permits, in order to harmonize the requirements of the sections of the 1949 and 1968 Conventions on Road Traffic that deal solely with driving permits.
