摘要
Transmits, in pursuance of Security Council resolution 1564 (2004), report of the International Commission of Inquiry on Darfur, which was appointed to investigate reports of violations of international humanitarian law and human rights law in Darfur, Sudan. Focuses, in particular, on incidents that occurred from Feb. 2003 and mid-Jan. 2005. Included annexes are: i) curricula vitae of the members of the Commission; ii) official meetings held with the Government of the Sudan and with the Sudan Liberation Movement/Army and the Justice and Equality Movement; iii) places visited; vi) public reports on Dafur consulted by the Commission; and v) overview of the activities of the investigate teams of the Commission.
