Refers to letter of 3 Dec. 2004 from Armenia (A/59/593), in which reference was made to the concluding observations of the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on the 2nd periodic report of Azerbaijan (E/C.12/1/Add.104) and concerned Azerbaijan's alleged discriminatory policies against ethnic minorities, including alleged illegal occupation of properties belonging to Armenians and other ethnic minorities; refutes allegations contained therein.
