Резюме
Transmits conclusions of the Government of Serbia on the difficult situation in Kosovo and Metohija, as a result of very harsh winter conditions; states that several Serbian villages for over a month have been without power supply, bringing into question the survival of several hundred men, women and children; states further that despite the involvement of the Special Representative on a number of occasions, the situation still has not improved.
