Reports on the progress made in the deployment of UN Stabilization Mission (MINUSTAH) and the activities of its components, and lists recommendations on whether to extend, restructure or reshape the Mission. Includes sections on the following: deployment of the mission; main developments and operational activities; preparations for disarmament, demobilization and reintegration; support for the rule of law; national dialogue and reconciliation; preparations for elections; civil affairs; humanitarian situation and development; human rights, children's rights, gender issues and HIV/AIDS; coordination and cooperation with the Organization of American States and the Caribbean Community; mission support; financial aspects; structure of the mission and observations.
