Refers to the Chairman's letter of 16 Oct. 2003 (S/2003/1018) and reports that the Counter-Terrorism Committee has considered the 3rd report from Portugal, submitted pursuant to para. 6 of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) and that Portugal has been requested to provide a 4th report by 10 Jan. 2005.
