Refers to the Chairman's letter of 5 Sept. 2003 (S/2003/862) and reports that the Counter-Terrorism Committee has considered the 3rd report from Kazakhstan, submitted pursuant to para. 6 of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) and that Kazakhstan has been requested to provide a 4th report by 19 Aug. 2004.
