Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the UN Interim Force in Lebanon the amount of US$97,804,100 for the period 1 July 2004-30 June 2005, inclusive of $92,960,300 for the maintenance of the Force, $3,960,000 for the support account for peacekeeping operations and $883,800 for the UN Logistics Base; also decides to apportion among Member States the amount of $97,804,100 at a monthly rate of $8,150,341, in accordance with the levels set out in General Assembly resolution 55/235; further decides that there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of $5,313,100; decides that, for Member States that have fulfilled their financial obligations to the Force, there shall be set off against their apportionment, their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of $15,788,700 in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003; decides also that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Force, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of $15,788,700 in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003; decides further that the increase of $878,900 in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003 shall be added to the credits from the amount referred to in paragraphs 18 and 19 above.
