Financing of the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo : resolution / adopted by the General Assembly

Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo the amount of US$278,413,700 for the period 1 July 2004-30 June 2005; decides also to apportion among Member States the amount of $278,413,700 at a monthly rate of $23,201,142; decides further that there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of $20,572,400; decides that, for Member States that have fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their apportionment, their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of $10,804,200 in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003; decides also that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of $10,804,200 in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003; decides further that the increase of $2,113,600 in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003 shall be added to the credits from the amount referred to in paragraphs 15 and 16 above.
