Support account for peacekeeping operations : resolution / adopted by the General Assembly

Endorses the conclusions and recommendations contained in the relevant report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions (A/58/760); decides to maintain, for the period 1 July 2004-30 June 2005, the funding mechanism for the support account used in the current period; decides to continue its consideration of the implementation of the restructuring of the Department of Peacekeeping Operations; requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its 59th session on the status of the civilian rapid deployment roster; also requests the Secretary-General to review the level of the support account; approves the support account requirements in the amount of US$121,610,300 for the period 1 July 2004-30 June 2005.
