Transmits communiqué issued at an extraordinary session of the Council of Ministers of the Democratic Republic of the Congo held on 2 June 2004 on the situation in Bukavu; condemns violation of territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and requests the Security Council to adopt exemplary sanctions against Rwanda for its alleged involvement in the tragic events of Bukavu.
