Résumé
Requests an urgent meeting of the Security Council in order to require Rwanda to respect all relevant Council resolutions on the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, take enforcement measures envisaged in Chap. VII of the Charter of the UN against Rwanda and accelerate implementation and enforcement of resolution 1533 (2004), particularly its paras. 10-13 and to request the Secretary-General to streamline the preparatory work for the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region.
