Reports that Stanislav Frolov (Russian Federation), who was appointed on 15 Mar. 2004 as an expert member of the Analytical Support and Sanctions Monitoring Team to assist the Counter-Terrorism Committee, is unable to assume his duties; reports further the appointment of Victor Shtoyunda (Russian Federation) as a member of the Monitoring Team, following the consultations with the Security Council Committee Established pursuant to Resolution 1267 (1999).
