Resúmen
DAA Covers the period since the previous report of 30 Dec. 2003 (S/2003/1212). Describes the ongoing implementation of the Bonn Agreement by the Afghan Transitional Administration, supported by the UN Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA), and focuses on key political and humanitarian developments in Afghanistan, as well as the activities of the Mission during the period 31 Dec. 2003-16 Mar. 2004. Recommends that UNAMA be renewed, and proposes that detailed recommendations for a detailed mandate be submitted to the Security Council following the upcoming Berlin conference on a post-Bonn Afghanistan and after decisions have been taken on the holding of elections.
