Reports, as the Coordinator of the Group of Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) in Geneva on Disarmament and International Security Issues and on behalf of the OIC members, that the Permanent Representatives of the OIC countries have decided not to participate in the Conference on Disarmament plenary and related meetings during the presidency of Israel; reports furter the decision that no official from the above mentioned countries would address the Conference during that period.
