Summary
Stresses importance of priority-setting as integral part of planning, programming and budgeting process; requests the Secretary-General to present to the Committee for Programme and Coordination at its 38th session recommendations on priority-setting; also requests the Secretary-General to implement the medium-term plan in accordance with agreed overall priorities as contained in the annex to this resolution.
