Pursuant to Commission on Human Rights resolution 2002/58, draws attention to the Secretary-General's report on violence against women migrant workers (A/58/161) and to the report of the Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of Migrants focusing on the situation of women migrant domestic workers and the issue of trafficking in women (E/CN.4/2004/76 and addenda).
