Confirms that the meetings of heads of national drug law enforcement agencies, as subsidiary bodies of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, have the same status as the Subcommission on Illicit Drug Traffic and Related Matters in the Near and Middle East; recognizes that the annual meetings of heads of national drug law enforcement agencies relate to programme of work of the UN International Drug Control Programme; requests the Secretary-General to provide, from within available resources of the regular UN budget, the meetings of heads of national drug law enforcement agencies with financial resources to assist those States which could not otherwise be represented, by defraying travel expenses for one participant from each of those States.
