Reviews the activities in which the Special Rapporteur participated in the context of the follow-up to the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance. States that the Internet continues to be a tool for broad dissemination of the hate propaganda of racist and xenophobic organizations, and reviews action taken or planned by Governments, judicial authorities or other bodies.
