ملخص
DAA Submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 57/288 of 20 Dec. 2002. Outlines the reforms implemented by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia to improve its legal aid system, particularly with regard to rationalizing the costs of defence counsel and establishing indigence. Included annexes are: 1) ranking and allocation of resources; 2) duration of trial stages; and 3) calculation of lump sum payments for a trial stage.
