Резюме
Transmits statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia concerning alleged illegal crossing of the maritime border by the steamer Vega-1, 26 July 2003; states that such actions by the Russian side are incompatible with the principles of good neighbourliness between the 2 States and the requirements of international law; reiterates that the Sukhumi seaport and port points, the marine area and the section of the State border lying within Abkhazia, Georgia, are closed to all forms of international transport, with the exception of shipments of humanitarian aid.
