Transmits statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reporting alleged illegal crossing of the State frontier between the Russian Federation and Georgia and violation of customs law by the steamer Vega-1; states that the Russian side, who had information on the departure of the vessel, did not inform the Georgian side of its presence in a port of the Russian Federation; states further that the seaport of Sukhumi, the port facilities, the marine waters and the sectors of the State border with Abkhazia, Georgia, are closed to all forms of international transport, other than humanitarian assistance.
