Transmits letter of 14 July 2003 from the Director General of IAEA enclosing report on inspection activities conducted 7-23 June 2003 by the IAEA at Location C Nuclear Material Storage Facility near Tuwaitha complex south of Baghdad, Iraq; states that the inspection had the limited objective of verifying the nuclear material subject to safeguards at Location C in the aftermath of incidents of looting at that location.
