Administrative Tribunal judgement no. 252: Case no. 235 : Zañartu against the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Board

Concerns application contesting a decision depriving a staff member of an early retirement benefit on the basis of a decision by the Pension Fund granting him a disability benefit; orders the Respondent to give effect to the election of the Applicant to receive an early retirement benefit under article 30 of the Regulations and to commute it into a lump sum.
