Security Council resolution 1487 (2003) [on extension for 12 months of suspension of investigation or prosecution cases involving personnel from States not parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court]

Requests that the ICC shall for a 12-month period starting 1 July 2003 not commence or proceed with investigation or prosecution of any such case, unless the Security Council decides otherwise; decides that Member States shall take no action inconsistent with paragraph 1 and with their international obligations; decides to remain seized of the matter.
