Refers to the Chairman's letter of 26 Dec. 2002 (S/2003/15) and reports that the Counter-Terrorism Committee has considered report from the Central African Republic, submitted pursuant to para. 6 of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) and that the Central African Republic has been requested to provide a supplementary report by 15 Aug. 2003.
