Draws the attention of the Security Council on the resolution 1796 (LIV), entitled "The question of the absence and gross infringements of trade union rights", adopted by the Economic and Social Council at its 1858th meeting on 18 May 1973, and on the report of the Ad Hoc Working Group of Experts of the Commission on Human Rights (E/5245).
