Transmits report of the UN Panel of Experts Established pursuant to Security Council Resolution 1343 (2001) concerning Liberia, and in accordance with para. 4 of Council resolution 1458 (2003). Presents a follow-up assessment of the Panel's mission to Liberia and neighbouring States, in particular Cóte d'Ivoire; provides information on Liberia's security and regional instability; violations of the arms embargo; civil aviation; diamond embargo; revenue and Government expenditure and the travel ban. Includes recommendations. Annexes include list of meetings and consultations as well as copies of some of the information collected. DAA
