Concerns, in the capacity as Chairman of the Coordination Bureau of the Non-Aligned Mouvement, reports of Hans Blix, Executive Chairman of UN Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission, and Mohamed ElBaradei, Director General of the IAEA, to be presented to the Security Council on 7 Mar. 2003, and the anticipated actions by the Council on the resolution on Iraq that would take place next week; requests, on behalf of the Non-Aligned Movement, that the Security Council consider convening an open debate in order to afford the rest of the Members of the UN the opportunity to express their views on the new developments pertaining to Iraq.
