Resolves that, for the year 2003: budget appropriations totalling US$1,606,290,850 and consisting of $1,312,589,350, being half of the appropriations initially approved for the biennium 2002-2003 in its resolution 56/254 C of 24 Dec. 2001, $14,728,900 and $59,360,200, being additional appropriations approved for the biennium 2002-2003 in its resolutions 56/274 B and 56/286 of 27 June 2002, $191,550,900, being the increase approved by the General Assembly in resolution A above, plus $28,061,500, being the increase in the final appropriations for the biennium 2000-2001 approved in its resolutions 56/240 A of 24 Dec. 2001 and 56/240 C of 27 Mar. 2002, shall be financed in accordance with regulations 5.1 and 5.2 of the Financial Regulations of UN.
