Concerns escalation of rocket attacks on Israeli towns and villages by Palestinians and reports that 4 Kassam rockets were allegedly launched from the Gaza Strip at the town of Sderot and the community of Netzarim, resulted in an injury to a civilian person and damage to the local factory, 19 Feb. 2003; reports also that a military person was shot dead allegedly by a Palestinian, 23 Feb. 2003.
