Resúmen
Refers, in the capacity as Chairman of the Coordinating Bureau for the Non-Aligned Movement, to reports of the Executive Chairman of the UN Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission and Director-General of the IAEA, that are due to present to the Security Council on 14 Feb. 2003; states that this report will provide a clear indication of the best way in which international community might be able to support the Council in achieving peaceful resolution of this matter; requests the Security Council to consider convening an open debate in order to afford the Members of the UN the opportunity to express their views on this important issue.
