Transmits monthly report on the international security presence in Kosovo, covering the period 1-31 Dec. 2002. States that the overall security situation in Kosovo remains stable, despite continued localized acts of vandalism and intimidation. Also states that the increased presence of UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) Police and Kosovo Police Service (KPS) has allowed KFOR to reduce its engagement in static security duties.
