Notes that in accordance with Commission on Human Rights resolution 2002/22, information has been sought from Member States on the implications and negative effects of unilateral coercive measures on their populations, for preparation of a report of the Secretary-General; as at 10 Dec. 2002, no information has been received, and any replies received at a later date will be submitted as an addendum to the present note.
