Implementation of the Declaration on International Economic Cooperation, in particular the Revitalization of Economic Growth and Development of the Developing Countries, and implementation of the International Development Strategy for the Fourth United Nations Development Decade : resolution / adopted by the General Assembly

Decides that a final decision on the need for an international development strategy for the first decade of the new millennium will be taken by the General Assembly at its 58th session; requests the Secretary-General to provide the General Assembly at its 58th session with an overview of the challenges and constraints to, as well as the progress made towards, the achievement of the major development goals and objectives adopted by UN during the past decade.
